Closes #1258

Product slice

  • adds explicit mobile-safe consent to keep only normalized seven-day free windows
  • carries free windows through encrypted account sync, offline pending state, conflict adoption, and reload
  • validates bounded ordered HH:mm windows and never persists raw ICS/event metadata
  • restores free-window-aware calendar export while retaining the existing opt-out/manual behavior

Verification

  • pytest -q — 2383 passed, 12 skipped
  • STACKCHAIN_RUN_RELEASE_E2E=1 pytest -q tests/e2e/test_mobile_week_ahead_release.py — 6 passed at 320×568 and 390×844 plus companion journeys
  • deterministic release build and verify_release.py passed for fc93620118
