Health pulse detected a new act_runner failure in CI task 4286 for PR #1271. The browser-journey job fails tests/e2e/test_mobile_home_bootstrap_release.py because [data-mobile-first-task-coach] remains hidden after createMobileFirstTask(...).refresh() when work exists and Today is active.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Add a focused regression test that fails before the fix.
  • The packaged mobile first-task coach becomes visible for an active Today session with assigned work.
  • The focused browser journey and full pytest suite pass.
  • CI browser-journey succeeds.
