Resolved by the hourly ops pulse: purged 4.4 GB of pip cache and 2.3 GiB of uv cache. Root filesystem dropped from 86% (132 GiB used, 23 GiB free) to the post-cleanup level recorded by the host check. No Gitea or runner data was removed.
