Delivered

  • refresh watched issues from Gitea with bounded concurrency and truthful degraded fallback
  • persist account-scoped, revision-conditional seen state and sort unseen changes first
  • count unseen changes in mobile badges and acknowledge only after preview success
  • label New activity accessibly and preserve closed watched issues

Verification

  • pytest -q tests/test_following_store.py tests/test_following_api.py tests/test_following_frontend.py — 13 passed
  • STACKCHAIN_RUN_RELEASE_E2E=1 pytest -q tests/e2e/test_mobile_following_release.py — 1 passed
  • pytest -q — 2432 passed, 13 skipped
