Closes #1320

Adds a Following-only Keep for later & next disposition that restores the exact loaded revision as unseen, skips it for the current captured pass, and advances without changing Gitea state or watch status.

Validation:

  • pytest -q — 2476 passed, 14 skipped
  • STACKCHAIN_RUN_RELEASE_E2E=1 pytest -q tests/e2e/test_mobile_following_release.py — 3 passed
  • core bundle 102397 bytes gzip; Today workspace 111735 bytes gzip
