Closes #1322

  • preserve the last reviewed marker and explain closed, reopened, title, or activity changes
  • highlight conversation messages newer than the prior review
  • keep the exact Following revision unseen until conversation context loads successfully
  • preserve Retry and Keep for later recovery on conversation failure

Tests: python3 -m pytest tests/ -q (2479 passed, 14 skipped); packaged 320×568 and 390×844 Following journey passed.
