Closes #133

Adds bounded unread-notification retrieval to the pooled live snapshot, failure isolation, update correlation without duplicate cards, and a mobile Updates filter with safe deep links and stale-state handling.

Validation: 110 passed; Chromium at 390×844 showed no horizontal overflow, five 44px filters, 95px minimum card height, and 37 live unread updates.
