Closes #1358

What changed

  • discovers whether a closed pull is authored by the current user, unmerged, and head-guarded
  • confirms and reopens it from Search Preview, refreshes My Work, then opens the native pull workspace above preserved Search history
  • keeps foreign-authored, merged, and stale pulls read-only
  • adds 320x568 and 390x844 packaged browser coverage and gates it in Actions

Verification

  • python3 -m pytest -q tests — 2569 passed, 19 skipped
  • STACKCHAIN_RUN_RELEASE_E2E=1 python3 -m pytest tests/e2e/test_mobile_search_authored_pull_recovery_release.py -q — 2 passed
  • core runtime 102397/102400 bytes gzip; workspace 113656/113664 bytes gzip
