Adds a head-SHA-guarded mobile Update branch recovery flow for authored pull requests. Gitea updates are accepted only for open, non-draft pulls authored by the current user, and success requires a refetch proving a new head SHA. The pull sheet prevents duplicate mutations, refreshes current-head review data, and keeps stale/conflict failures actionable.

Tests:

pytest -q — 2573 passed, 19 skipped
Playwright 320×568 render check — 44px action, 320px scroll width, no horizontal overflow
