Closes #1384

Product slice

  • stage two to eight compatible reviewer suggestions for one file during the mobile feedback pass
  • review the combined bounded fix and commit it once without implicitly marking comments Addressed
  • reject overlaps, stale blob/head state, cross-file partial batching, and unconfirmed mutations
  • preserve the staged batch after retryable failures

The live Gitea 1.22 Swagger contract exposes Git blob/tree/ref APIs as read-only, so this intentionally batches one file through the supported contents API rather than claiming unsupported multi-file atomicity.

Verification

  • pytest -q tests/e2e/test_mobile_address_review_feedback_release.py tests/e2e/test_mobile_apply_review_suggestion_batch_release.py tests/e2e/test_mobile_apply_review_suggestion_release.py tests/test_pull_api.py — 82 passed
  • pytest -q — 2632 passed, 22 skipped
  • rendered at 320×568 and 390×844 with no horizontal overflow and 44px visible controls
