Makes the progressive mobile My Work surface truthful before optional planning state is ready and preserves an operator-selected queue when the full workspace takes over.

Filed and My PRs use normalized work semantics and live counts.
Today, Agenda, Later, and Drafts show honest loading states.
The bounded handoff retains user selection while stop() removes listeners.

Validation:

pytest tests/ -q — 2662 passed, 24 skipped
packaged mobile Home bootstrap — 7 passed at 320×568 and 390×844
rendered Playwright probe — 44px controls, no overflow/errors at both phone sizes
