Status: head 364fc60116e8db7d05d59401f256d1bf9a897d31 is mergeable and the full local suite passes (2697 passed, 24 skipped), but this 14-file/1,027-line security-sensitive gate-store change is not merged: CI is still pending and issue #1415 explicitly requires independent reproduction plus hostile review of the exact head. Next action: complete CI and record an independent APPROVED review against this SHA.
