What changed

  • reject identity-required use of an HTTP-successful but identityless progressive snapshot, then coalesce recovery retries
  • keep progressive My Work truthful while context is degraded instead of fabricating inbox zero
  • retry mixed live snapshots at the earliest failed-section deadline
  • let Human Gates recover identity before optional hydration
  • roll the offline shell atomically

Verification

  • RED observed for broker recovery, Human Gates retry, truthful degraded My Work, mixed-section retry timing, and shell cache rollover
  • 2734 passed, 26 skipped
  • focused: 131 passed
  • pip_audit: no known vulnerabilities
  • deterministic bundle built, checksum verified, release verifier passed
  • packaged browser journey is CI-gated; local Chromium is unavailable
