Closes #1471

Adds a login-scoped, five-item Recent work switcher to mobile Queues. Canonical detail routes are safely persisted, deduplicated, rendered as touch targets, and reopened through the existing resolver.

Validation:

  • pytest tests/ -q → 2796 passed, 27 skipped
  • Phone render at 320×568 and 390×844 → no horizontal overflow; recent target 66px/56px tall
  • deterministic release build and verification passed
