Resolved and released.

  • Capacity: 86% before; 84.2% after removing abandoned temporary test environments and caches. Durable Gitea data, repositories, secrets, and release artifacts were untouched.
  • Health: gitea and act_runner active; memory healthy.
  • Added a tested, runbook-aligned disk-capacity assessment with an inclusive 85% incident threshold.
  • Tests: python3 -m pytest tests/ -q — 2806 passed, 28 skipped; PR and post-merge CI all passed.
