Summary

  • add bounded, priority-ranked discovery of open unassigned issues
  • recheck issue availability and confirm assignment to the authenticated Gitea user
  • add an accessible paginated Find Work mobile sheet that moves confirmed claims into My Work

Verification

  • python3 -m pytest tests/ -q — 234 passed
  • Node syntax checks passed for the new controller and bundled inline script
  • Playwright at 320×800: no horizontal overflow, 44px actions, focus entered the dialog, and a confirmed claim opened the existing issue flow
