Closes #223

Production route verification after #224 exposed that root-absolute PWA URLs escaped /dashboard/. This follow-up keeps manifest identity, launch, Share Target, icons, service-worker registration, and cached shell assets relative to the published domain subpath.

RED: subpath contract tests failed against / URLs
GREEN: focused tests pass; full suite 358 passed
No API responses or mutations enter the service-worker cache
