Closes #244

Adds a deduplicated Attention queue for unread updates and requested reviews, exposes its live count on the mobile Work dock, and makes Work a one-tap entry into the focused queue.

Verification

  • RED observed for attention union/count, dock accessibility state, integration wiring, and shell cache revision.
  • pytest -q — 401 passed.
  • Chromium at 390x844 — no horizontal overflow; five 46px dock targets; dock bottom 844/844; Work selected Attention and focused My Work.
