Closes #252

What changed

  • mirror comments and notification replies into an account-bound IndexedDB lane
  • route all authored message kinds through the closed-app Background Sync worker
  • share atomic claims and original idempotency keys between foreground and worker delivery
  • reconcile worker completions and permanent failures into Drafts on reopen
  • bump the versioned service-worker shell cache and document the flow

Verification

  • RED: 7 focused behavior cases failed before implementation; service-worker cache test failed separately
  • GREEN: 45 focused tests passed
  • Full suite: 433 passed
