Closes #309

What changed

  • replace stale authenticated UI once after a same-origin API 401
  • preserve private drafts and queued work through reauthentication
  • show an accessible, bounded session-expired explanation on sign-in
  • rotate the offline shell so clients receive the updated boundary

TDD verification

  • RED: focused expiry/login/cache tests failed for missing redirect, missing bounded reason UI, and old shell version
  • GREEN: 29 passed focused
  • Full suite: 548 passed
