Closes #313

Preserves bounded Share Target fields through operator sign-in, validates the same-origin continuation in the browser, and prevents redirected login responses from replacing the offline dashboard shell. Bumps the shell cache so installed clients receive the corrected worker.

Tests: python3 -m pytest -q (560 passed).
