Closes #317

What changed

  • turns dock Search into a full-screen mobile workspace sized by visualViewport
  • keeps Search input/close controls visible while results scroll independently
  • restores result scroll position after opening a native preview and pressing Back
  • ships the viewport controller in the offline app shell while retaining the desktop palette

Verification

  • python3 -m pytest tests/ -q — 567 passed
  • Node syntax checks and git diff --check passed
  • Headless Chromium at 390×430 verified a 390×430 palette, 44px Close target, independently scrolling results, and reachable final result
