Closes #343

Renders safe semantic Markdown across issue, pull, review, update, conversation, Find Work, and search-preview reading surfaces. Adds responsive overflow and touch-safe content styling.

Validation:

  • python3 -m pytest -q — 641 passed
  • Chromium at 320×568, 390×844, and 430×932 — no page/sheet overflow; code scrolls internally; task lists and safe links rendered.
