Product slice

  • retain up to ten allowlisted, account-bound issue/PR details for opened Today work
  • open cached Today items in the existing phone sheet during a cold outage
  • leave comments available through the durable authored outbox while disabling server-state controls
  • purge details with offline opt-out, clear, or seven-day expiry and refresh the PWA shell

Verification

  • RED observed for the missing detail-store API, offline opening flow, inert server controls, shell cache bump, and documentation
  • python3 -m pytest -q → 644 passed
  • Playwright at 390×844 → cached Today issue opened with cached Markdown/comment, no horizontal overflow, mutation controls disabled, composer enabled
  • git diff --check clean
