Closes #421

Adds a mobile Done for Today & next action to every focused Today sheet. It persistently removes only the plan item, queues account sync, warms the offline plan, and advances without mutating the Gitea item. Persistence failures remain on the current sheet with retry guidance.

Validated with 810 tests and a rendered iPhone 13 viewport (three 48px controls, no horizontal overflow).
