What changed

  • queue account-bound issue closure from a cached mobile Today detail
  • persist closure through localStorage and IndexedDB background sync before advancing Today
  • surface failed closures in Drafts with retry/discard and actionable routing
  • refresh the offline shell with the closure runtime

Validation

  • RED: focused authored-outbox, background-sync, draft, and offline flow tests failed before implementation
  • GREEN: pytest -q — 820 passed
  • focused regression: 105 passed
