Closes #455

What changed

  • turns deferral of the checkpointed Today item into one Later → Today completion transition
  • rolls Later back if Today cannot be updated
  • routes continuation through existing readiness checks
  • changes active-session mobile labels to make the next-item transition explicit

Tests

  • TDD RED observed for continuation, rollback, and dashboard integration
  • python3 -m pytest tests/test_my_work.py tests/test_today_work.py tests/test_today_readiness.py tests/test_later_sync.py -q -p no:cacheprovider (200 passed)
  • python3 -m pytest tests/ -q -p no:cacheprovider (878 passed)
