Closes #457

What changed

adds a direct, touch-safe Start now action to every Later card
atomically admits deferred work to Today before removing Later and opens the exact item through the readiness/session flow
preserves Later on capacity, local storage, sync-admission, or Later-removal failure; reuses existing Today membership and single-flights repeated taps
precaches the controller for installed/offline use

Verification

pytest -q — 886 passed
Playwright Chromium at 390×844 — both controls 44px tall, no horizontal overflow, no overlap with the mobile task dock
