Summary

  • add a thumb-reachable PNG/JPEG/WebP screenshot picker and removable mobile preview to assigned-issue comments
  • validate 2 MB images at both browser and server boundaries, revalidate assignment, and proxy multipart assets to the exact Gitea issue
  • upload before comment submission, preserve text/preview on failure, and include the runtime in the offline app shell

Verification

  • pytest -q tests/test_issue_attachments.py tests/test_issue_attachment_ui.py tests/test_request_boundary.py tests/test_service_worker.py (56 passed)
  • full suite: 928 passed
  • node --check for dashboard, attachment runtime, and service worker
  • Playwright at 390x844: 44px attachment control, 362px preview, no horizontal overflow
