Closes #477

Product slice

  • admits screenshot-comment bytes to IndexedDB before clearing the mobile composer
  • keeps only bounded attachment metadata in localStorage
  • checkpoints upload Markdown and posts one combined comment with stable stage keys
  • lets Comment & next advance only after durable admission

Verification

  • RED: five new behavioral tests failed against origin/main for missing durable attachment admission, staged delivery, and UI wiring
  • GREEN: python3 -m pytest -q → 955 passed
  • node --check for all changed JavaScript and git diff --check passed
