Closes #505

Adds a single-flight Take ownership & start path from unread issue conversations into a synced, warmed, checkpointed Today session, while preserving claim-only triage, unread state, capacity protection, and truthful partial-success recovery.

Validation: 1018 pytest tests pass; rendered Chromium checks pass at 390x844 and 320x568 with no overflow and 44px+ targets.
