Closes #525

What changed

  • commits the offline My Work snapshot and each bounded detail as separate IndexedDB records
  • migrates v1 localStorage payloads only after a successful transaction and keeps legacy data readable on failed migration
  • makes Today readiness wait for durable detail admission and reports rejected saves
  • purges expired records atomically and clears the database on opt-out, sign-out, revocation, expiry, and explicit device-data deletion
  • rolls the offline shell cache so installed mobile PWAs receive the storage migration

Validation

  • RED verified for IndexedDB persistence, migration, rejected durable admission, private-data deletion, session purge, expiry pruning, and shell cache rollover
  • focused: 179 passed
  • full: 1068 passed
