Closes #531

What changed

  • add and remove canonical Gitea issue dependencies from assigned issue details
  • validate source ownership and reject self, duplicate, closed, pull-request, or inaccessible blockers
  • add a keyboard-accessible mobile open-issue picker with truthful failure recovery
  • offer Start now after the final Today blocker is removed

Verification

  • RED: 10 focused tests failed before implementation
  • GREEN: 1,088 pytest tests pass
  • Node syntax and Python compile checks pass
  • Playwright at 320px and 390px: no horizontal overflow; search, remove, and manage controls are 44px tall
