What changed

Load a complete unread Gitea snapshot with bounded page concurrency, total deadline, identity validation, and scan cap.
Baseline every unread thread revision when a device subscribes, including threads beyond page one.
Atomically prune stale delivery and digest checkpoints only after a complete snapshot.
Fail closed on partial or inconsistent snapshots.

Verification

Focused push and Gitea notification tests: 40 passed.
Full suite: 1190 passed.
compileall and git diff --check: clean.
