Closes #575

Adds ownership-verified inline edit/delete across assigned issue, assigned pull, and unread-update conversations. Failed edits remain in the focused textarea; delete requires confirmation.

Verification: python3 -m pytest -q (1201 passed); Chromium 320×568 rendered check confirmed 44px actions, focused inline editor, and no horizontal overflow.
