Closes #587

Adds an explicit, unchecked mobile recap flow for logging selected corrected durations to canonical Gitea issue/PR time entries. Account-scoped receipts prevent confirmed replay; partial intent survives reload; ambiguous lost responses require verification rather than risking duplicate time. Ordinary recap saving remains mutation-free.

Validation:

pytest tests/ -q — 1233 passed
Playwright at 390×844 and 320×568 — no horizontal overflow; 44px label/button; unchecked by default
git diff --check, Node syntax, and Python compile checks passed
