What changed

  • bind one fresh-authorization grant to the exact selected recap-time batch
  • journal each claimed Gitea time mutation as completed, pending, or discarded according to the upstream outcome
  • label the privacy-safe event in Security activity

Verification

  • RED observed for exact grant binding, outcome journaling, and activity labeling
  • focused: 132 passed
  • full: 1236 passed in 74.56s
