Closes #601

What changed

Adds a thumb-safe Done & next action to the persistent mobile Today HUD.
Uses the existing plan-only completion path, preserving the Gitea item and offline sync behavior.
Labels the final item Done & recap and keeps failed local completion in place for retry.
Reflows the HUD into a bounded two-row mobile grid.

Verification

python3 -m pytest tests/ -q — 1252 passed.
Headless Chromium at 320×568 and 390×844 — no horizontal overflow, 44px controls, safe dock clearance, title truncation, and both action labels/click behavior verified.
