Closes #617

Ensures capture-first screenshot blobs are erased during explicit sign-out, session expiry/revocation, pre-login cleanup, and worker-side revocation/expiry. Cleanup waits for IndexedDB deletion and preserves the existing fail-closed behavior.

TDD evidence:

  • RED: focused suite failed 9 behavioral assertions because stackchain-unfiled-captures-v1 was not deleted.
  • GREEN: focused suite 81 passed.
  • Full suite: 1269 passed.
