Problem

Build my Today excludes ready work without estimates, reports only a count, and returns those items to the generic candidate list. On mobile this breaks the planning flow: operators must preview, add, estimate, and rebuild each omitted item.

Scope

  • Keep ready unestimated work in a dedicated inline estimate step.
  • Accept mobile numeric estimates without previewing or manually adding each item.
  • Re-fit immediately from the readiness results already collected by the current build.
  • Preserve blocked/unverified exclusions and Save & start order.

Acceptance

  • A ready unestimated item appears under “Estimate to finish your plan.”
  • Entering a valid estimate re-fits the plan without another readiness request.
  • Invalid estimates stay inline and do not destroy the draft.
  • Blocked/unverified reasons remain visible and excluded.
  • Controls remain at least 44px and usable at phone width.
  • Behavioral tests and full suite pass.
