Closes #705

Shows an independent deadline signal in the persistent mobile dock, keeps aggregate queue semantics unchanged, emphasizes Agenda when due work exists, and updates the accessible queue label.

Tests: pytest -q tests/test_mobile_task_dock.py (15 passed); pytest -q (1369 passed).
