Closes #739

Accepts one PNG/JPEG/WebP from the Android share sheet, stages it in the existing private capture database, and consumes it once into the current optimized attachment preview. Existing shared text and conflict-safe draft handling remain intact.

Tests: pytest -q — 1425 passed.
