Closes #759

Product slice

  • positions each opened update at its newest loaded activity exactly once
  • preserves user scroll during loading and offers an explicit jump control
  • rejects stale/prefetched positioning and precaches the behavior for installed mobile use

Verification

  • RED: 4 focused tests failed before implementation
  • focused: 258 passed
  • full: 1454 passed
