What changed

Offers Open in My Work for assigned pull-request Search previews.
Resolves the existing canonical My Work item by kind and key, then opens the native pull workspace.
Does not mutate assignment for already-owned pull requests; unassigned pulls remain read-only.
Preserves Search beneath the routed work overlay through the existing history handoff.

Verification

RED: new assigned-pull handoff test failed against origin/main.
Focused: 285 passed.
Full suite: 1,489 passed.
JavaScript syntax and git diff --check passed.
