User flow

On mobile, select multiple open issue results from global Search and assign/queue them into Today in one durable operation. Selection remains across pagination and preview return; closed issues and pull requests remain visibly ineligible; interrupted batches can resume without duplicate claims or Today entries.

Evidence

Current Search renders only single-open result rows in frontend/dashboard.js while Find Work already proves sticky multi-selection and journaled claim/queue recovery. Historical issue audit (408 titles) found no global Search batch-planning issue; #673 concerns Find Work catalog selection, not global Search.

Acceptance

  • 390x844 Search exposes 44px selection controls and sticky selected-count action.
  • Eligible open issues remain selected across More results and preview return.
  • Closed issues and pull requests cannot be selected.
  • Batch resolves current detail, claims only when needed, and queues in selection order.
  • Partial failure is reported; an owner-scoped journal resumes unfinished work without duplicate claim/queue.
  • Focused behavioral tests and full suite pass.
