What changed

  • add an on-device crop and opaque-redaction editor for the selected evidence screenshot
  • flatten the derivative before replacing the durable draft/outbox attachment while preserving note and order
  • add undo, reset, cancel, keyboard Escape/focus restoration, 44px controls, 320px layout, and offline-shell inclusion

Verification

  • RED: python3 -m pytest tests/test_issue_evidence_editor.py -q → 3 expected failures before implementation
  • focused: 102 passed in 10.81s
  • full: 1567 passed in 91.41s
  • rendered Chromium at 320×568: no horizontal overflow; canvas 294px wide; every control 44px high
