Problem

The mobile evidence editor on current main can crop and redact screenshots, but operators cannot point reviewers to the exact defect without leaving Stackchain for a separate markup app. This is distinct from #829, which only added privacy-preserving crop/redaction. Full issue/PR title and recent commit searches found no annotation, arrow, highlight, drawing, or markup feature.

User flow

From a multi-screenshot New issue draft, edit the selected screenshot, add touch-drawn arrows and translucent highlights, undo/reset if needed, then apply a flattened derivative while preserving screenshot order and note.

Acceptance criteria

  • Arrow and Highlight are mutually exclusive accessible editor tools alongside Crop and Redact.
  • Pointer drags add source-coordinate arrows or highlight rectangles that remain correctly positioned after crop/scale.
  • Flattened output renders readable high-contrast arrows and translucent highlights.
  • Undo and Reset include annotations; crop removes/clamps annotations outside its retained area.
  • Apply replaces only the selected screenshot and preserves its evidence note and bundle position; Cancel leaves the original unchanged.
  • Editor controls remain touch-sized and fit a 320px viewport.
  • Focused behavioral tests and full suite pass.
