What changed

  • synchronize account-scoped unfiled drafts with revision conflict detection
  • carry ordered screenshot evidence, notes, and blockers between devices
  • keep offline saves local-first and propagate discard/outbox completion without stale resurrection
  • expose truthful pending/conflict/synced status while bounding request and decoded evidence size

Verification

  • RED: new store, API, browser-sync, cross-device evidence, stale deletion, overlap, and bundle tests failed before implementation
  • focused: 31 passed
  • full suite: 1619 passed
  • core runtime gzip remains at the 99 KiB budget
