Product slice

gives delegated and unassigned Filed cards a distinct, addressable route
authorizes detail reads by canonical issue author without granting assigned-only mutations
renders filing receipts and Filed cards as mobile read-only sheets with body, ownership, labels, conversation, and Gitea handoff
preserves browser Back to the Filed queue and keeps self-assigned filings on the normal editable route
keeps the core runtime within the 99 KiB gzip budget by moving route code into the eagerly loaded workflow chunk
