Product slice

  • adds explicit dictate → review → append/replace controls to issue, pull-request, and unread-update conversation composers
  • scopes recoverable private transcripts by confirmed account and exact conversation target
  • aborts and generation-fences recognition when operators close or advance between sheets
  • ships the controller in the eager offline shell bundle

Verification

  • pytest -q → 1811 passed, 1 skipped
  • rendered Chromium mobile check at 390×844 → 44px control, transcript review visible, append preserved typed draft, no horizontal overflow
